What Next?

More than any other program at Lockheed Martin, the Kindness Project is what you make it. It is not a Corporate mandate, and there is no “right way” to be kind. Ambassadors and other interested individuals are encouraged to personally decide what will work best. Make it your own: tailor activities to your site, team, and community.

A few things to keep in mind, however: if you plan to hold onsite events, be sure to involve your local Facilities/ESH during the planning process to ensure adherence to site requirements. Consider the different ages, abilities, and interests of those you’re looking to engage. Be inclusive! You may not be able to get everyone to attend every event, so make them varied and don’t give up. If you are struggling for ideas, or aren’t sure where to start, we’ve listed some recommendations below.
