- Add the Kindness Pledge to their email signature

- Emails about kindness tips and tricks
- Creating kindness bingo cards
- Use Slack to share ideas and inspiration
- Rewarding kind acts with small prizes
- Giveaways for participating in events
Plus, support from the Corporate Kindness Team! This team shares helpful resources, including event calendars, with the ambassadors, empowering them to create exciting new opportunities to spread kindness in their corner of the Company.
Measuring success
To help us understand the impact of their efforts, Kindness Ambassadors are encouraged to keep track of metrics such as event attendance or Kindness Pledge signatures and qualitative information like employee feedback. This information will help the Corporate Kindness team measure what’s working and understand areas for improvement. Additionally, the Corporate Kindness team will send out company-wide surveys to better understand impact of the Kindness Project.
