How We’ve Prepared Worksites
We have created a return-to-work team to ensure that the proper protocols are developed and in place when we are able to reopen our facilities.
All our facilities are undergoing deep-cleaning and disinfection to establish a sanitary baseline.
Enhanced associate health screening procedures have been established, including:
- Associates must have their temperature taken before entering the facility and answer some basic health questions
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn, including: – Masks, gloves, face shields, etc.
Emergency evacuation procedures have been established that are in compliance with social distancing requirements: floor monitors have been identified to manage the process
Space considerations have been addressed for specialty areas such as wellness and mother’s rooms, gyms, showers and lockers, mailrooms and bathrooms
Changes have been made to our HVAC/air ventilation system, ensuring fresh air protocols.
Social distancing measures have been established that include:
- Staggered shifts and lunch/rest breaks
- Rotating weeks in the office and working remotely
- Moving workstations to increase separation distance
- Implementing one-way traffic patterns throughout the workplace
- Reconfiguring/reflowing people entering and exiting worksites, breakrooms and other common areas
- Elevator social distancing guidelines (occupancy limits)
Hand sanitizer stations are being installed throughout all facilities, including conference rooms. Disinfectant products also are available.
Here is what all associates and visitors will see at entrances to all facilities

To prevent the spread of COVID-19 in our facilities and reduce the risk of exposure to our staff and partners, we require a brief health screening before you may enter the facility. View the complete document below.
