How does the furlough period impact Performance Incentive Plan (PIP)?

PIP-eligible pay is not impacted because it is based on year-end eligible base pay.

How does the furlough period impact GoalSharing payments?

Exempt employees — GoalSharing-eligible pay is not impacted because it is based on year-end eligible base pay.

Nonexempt employees — GoalSharing-eligible pay will be lower due to the period of reduced hours. This is because GoalSharing for U.S. nonexempt employees is based on year-end accumulated earnings throughout the payroll calendar year. This includes regular worked time, overtime, shift differential, vacation, and unworked holiday pay.
